Stay flexible and mobile with x-bees! In this update, we've added the possibility to answer an incoming call on a remote device. Say, you are getting an incoming call on web or to your mobile but want to have the call answered on W-AIR Headset and proceed with the conversation hands-free and able to move around during the talk, you now have such an option!

Just choose W-AIR Headset in the Dialpad and the call will be answered on the headset when you accept the call:

The following devices are supported:

  • WP, WorkForce, WelcomeConsole, Vision, SuperVision

  • W-AIR hardware phones and W-AIR Headset

  • iOS/Android client: apps installed on smartphones

    • Note: In case x-bees app on iOS or Android is in sleep mode, it won’t be available in the list of remote devices unless the app is returned from sleep.

The remote device you choose in the Dialpad is used both for incoming and outgoing calls. In the video below, you can see how the feature works on web, with a smartphone as a remote device:
