Configuration
Before the configuration, PBX must be upgraded to the version 4.01.43950 or higher.
- Create a new Dialplan procedure "classound":
Usage
To use ClasSound for outgoing calls, modify the Dialplan procedure used for managing outgoing calls (e.g. “users”). For example, add the Dialplan application "Dial the trunk" -> and select "classound" from the list of trunks:
Note: ClasSound is a built-in trunk, it doesn't appear in WMS -> Trunks.
IMPORTANT: use E.164 (international) number format for call to ClasSound.
- To use ClasSound for managing incoming calls, modify the previously created Dialplan procedure "classsound":
