How to Accept Leads Received from Wildix

Introduction
There may be cases when a Lead comes via Wildix (e.g. if a customer submits a form on our website). Area Manager may then assign the Lead to a Partner. This document describes how to accept and convert such a Lead in Salesforce Partner Community.
Accept a Lead
When a Lead is assigned to a Partner, Partner receives the following email:
You can open the Lead following the link in the email. On the page of the Lead in Salesforce Partner Community click Accept Lead:
The Lead is automatically converted and a relevant Account, Contact and Opportunity are created:
Then, you can work with this Lead in the same way as with other converted Leads, e.g. navigate to Opportunity, create Quote, etc. Please refer to the relevant guides for detailed instructions (e.g. How to Create Quote and Confirm Order in Salesforce Partner Community, Salesforce Partner Community Guide)
