Change Order and Fast Change Order Process in SFPC
This guide describes how to perform Change Order and Fast Change Order processes in Salesforce Partner Community.

Introduction
Note: Throughout this document, references to licenses or license types should be understood as subscription plans
In case you need to make any changes to the confirmed order / already active Customer (e.g. increase the number of licenses/ devices, upgrade licenses, etc.), you need to follow the Change Order procedure. There are two ways to do it:
Via Change Order on the Home page: this option allows to apply changes to licenses, order new devices, switch from UC subscription plan to x-bees subscription plan, etc.
Via Fast Change Order: in case you need to apply changes to existing services, e.g. change the number of licenses and license type
Change Order
On the Home page, click Change Order:
Choose the Account Name and click Next:
Note: Change Order can be created for Customer Accounts only.
Choose the Interested Solution (License / HWaaS / CLASSOUND) that should be modified and enter the number of users in Total Users field (users that should be increased/ decreased in the change order):
A new opportunity is automatically created, with "Change Order" Opportunity record type:
Then, to make changes to the existing order, click Create Quote:
The current quote opens, in which you can apply such changes as:
Billing Frequency
Commitment
Note: In case you have an active commitment, you can renew it during Change Order process. You can see the Renew the Commitment? option if the change order is created within 1 month before commitment end date for commitments with monthly billing frequency, and within 3 months for commitments with yearly billing frequency:
Product of interest: in case you have Collaboration subscription plans, you can switch to x-bees:
Note:
The system automatically converts all existing UC subscription plans to the corresponding x-bees subscription plans.
You can modify the number of subscription plans in the Active Subscriptions section.
You can add new subscription plans or other services along with the subscription switch within the same Change Order.
Select additional services (CDS / Additional items / License Upgrade / CLASSOUND / Miscellaneous items) in the Additional Configuration field:
In the Active Subscriptions section you can change the number of licenses in the Quantity column, using the + or - buttons and modife license type in the License Type column:
Note: Please do not use the Remove selected rows button at the top of the table, as it may cause issues during the change order process:
Depending on the items chosen in the Additional Configuration field, additional sections appear which you need to fill out (e.g. Company Data Storage bundle, CLASSOUND, Additional items, etc.):
Once you modify the necessary details, click Submit Proposal:
Then, you need to create order from the quote and confirm the order, following the same steps described in the Order section of the guide How to Create Quote and Confirm Order in Salesforce Partner Community.
Fast Change Order
You can also initiate Change Order request via Fast Change Order button on the necessary account page:
Note: Via Fast Change Order, you can only apply changes to existing services, e.g. change the number of licenses and license type, but you cannot get additional services. For this, you need to use Change Order procedure. For CLASSOUND, you can use the CLASSOUND Ordering option (see more details in the CLASSOUND Activation Request document).
a) Modify the number of subscription plans
On the Fast Change Order screen that pops up, modify the number of subscriptions and click Next:
Note:
MS-PhoneSystem requires the CLASSOUND service to be activated on the PBX.
UC-Wizywebinar subscription plan requires at least 1 Business or 1 Premium subscription plan on the PBX.
You can also get AI Data Boost bundle if required:
b) Upgrade subscription plans
If you need to upgrade subscriptions, enable the License Upgrade checkbox:
Choose the license you want to upgrade:
Indicate how many licenses need to be upgraded and click Next:
Note:
You can upgrade one type of subscription plan (e.g. UC-Business to UC-Premium) at a time.
If you activate Licenses Upgrade section, the licenses section below becomes inactive.
c) Add PBX
If you wish to add Client PBX for WMS Network, enable the Add PBXes toggle:
Enter the PBX name and validate DNS:
Select PBX model and region (in case of Cloud PBX) and click Next:
Note:
In case you need to add an existing Hardware PBX as a Client PBX in WMS Network, without it being shipped from Wildix, check out the procedure in the document: How to assign Hardware PBX as a Client PBX to an existing Customer
Confirm Order
Tick off the checkbox to confirm the changes and press Next:
The Order gets automatically created. Click Confirm Order and proceed with the Order confirmation:
On the screen that pops up, you can choose to create WMS Network if required. Otherwise, click Next:
Review the start date and update it, if needed in the Start Date column and click Next:
Provide the address and tick off the checkbox "I confirm that the Shipping address provided is accurate, and I acknowledge that my order will be shipped to this address" at the bottom and press Next:
Press OK to confirm the order:
