WMP Functionality and Access via Salesforce Partner Community

This Documentation describes features available within Wildix Management Portal (WMP) and how to access WMP via Salesforce Partner Community.

How to Access WMP

To access WMP via Salesforce Partner Community:

  1. Log in to Salesforce Partner Community
  2. Click More in the top panel -> choose WMP option:
  3. WMP opens inside Salesforce Partner Community:

Available Functionality

View Dashboards

You can find the following types of Dashboards in WMP, which provide versatile information, such as monthly recurring revenue, licenses overusage, CLASSOUND calls, etc.:

  • MRR: the Monthly Recurring Revenue (OPEX)--including the actual MRR rate versus the committed MRR rate according to the blanket agreement
  • Reports: separate reports on Licences Overusage, CLASSOUND Orders, Serial/ DID finder, Licences Expirations Calendar
  • Wildix Grand Prix: the overall position in the global Wildix Grand Prix as well as rankings by country 
  • CLASSOUND: statistic reports of incoming and outgoing CLASSOUND calls including DIDs, duration, costs etc

Pay Bills 

It is possible to pay bills directly on WMP, due to Wildix integration with Stripe online payment solution.

Gold Partners have the option to display their company logo in WMS / Collaboration interface.

  • The logo can be uploaded in WMP -> click under user name -> select Company Settings:

  • Upload the logo. Requirements: file format: JPG, GIF, PNG; image size: 140px x 60px; file size: < 1MB

  • On the Licenses page in WMS, click Download logo to make the logo appear in the upper right part of WMS / Collaboration interface / Remove logo to remove the logo from WMS / Collaboration interface

Enable SSH port on Cloud PBXs 

Direct access to SSH port on Cloud PBXs is blocked for security reasons. But you can temporarily enable/ disable SSH port 2222 via WMP:

  • Access WMP
  • Select your company and your customer -> PBXes
  • In front of the PBX, click Options button (three dots) and select Edit
  • Click Advanced features
  • Select Enable SSH option

If there is a need to block the port, it can be deactivated via Disable SSH option.

Migrate to a new Cloud PBX

The option is required if you want to move Per User subscription-based (1 month/ 1 year/ 5 years) PBX to Cloud. First, you need to create a new Cloud instance instead of your current PBX (see how to create a PBX in PBX Licensing and Activation - Admin guide). The licenses active on this PBX and the PBX serial will be moved to the new Cloud instance. Then, follow the steps below:

  1. Access WMP 
  2. Select your company and your customer
  3. Click Options button (Three dots) and select Edit
  4. Click Advanced features
  5. Click Migrate to new WCloud PBX

Move PBX to another Customer

  • Go to Customer -> select Customer and choose the option PBXes:

  • Select a PBX you need to move: click Options button (three dots) and select Transfer:

  • Select a company to move PBX and click Ok:


  • Confirm the operation by clicking Yes

View CLASSOUND Temporary DID

After DIDs porting is ordered and Instant Virtual Porting is requested, the list with all DIDs belonging to the specific customer/ reseller is displayed on the CLASSOUND DIDs tab in WMP.

There, in Temporary number column, you can find Temporary CLASSOUND DID once available (takes up to 2 days).
