teams4Wildix - Instructions for Wildix Partner on MS Phone System Setup
This Document provides instructions for Wildix Partner on how to set up the second mode of teams4Wildix integration, called MS Phone System.

Prerequisites
General requirements:
Activated CLASSOUND
For Legacy Collaboration:
UC-ESSENTIAL / UC-BUSINESS / UC-PREMIUM subscription plan for each user
Min. supported WMS version: 6.0X and higher
For Collaboration 7:
UC-ESSENTIAL / UC-BUSINESS / UC-PREMIUM subscription plan for each user
Min. supported WMS version: 7.01 and higher
For x-bees:
x-bees-Basic / x-bees-Standard / x-bees-SuperBee subscription plan for each user
Min. supported WMS version: 6.0X and higher
Additional requirements for Microsoft Phone System:
Monthly subscription fee. The fee is purchased for the entire PBX in Salesforce Partner Community
Microsoft 365 (Office 365) Business subscription plan (starting from Business Basic) or Microsoft 365 (Office 365) E5 with Microsoft Teams Enterprise (Teams as a standalone solution) or Microsoft 365 (Office 365) E3 with Microsoft Teams Enterprise (Teams as a standalone solution) + Teams Phone Standard for each user
Enable MS Phone System for your customer
Step 1. Request MS Phone System service in Salesforce Partner Community
You can purchase a subscription planin Salesforce Partner Community, when creating Quote (see detailed instructions in How to Create Quote and Confirm Order in Salesforce Partner Community):
When filling out Quote details, in the General Questions section -> Additional Configuration field, make sure to select License Upgrade:
In the License Upgrade section, select Yes in front of MS-Phone System:
Fill out other Quote sections and proceed with the Quote creation (see instructions in the guide How to Create Quote and Confirm Order in Salesforce Partner Community)
Create Order from the Quote and confirm it (please follow instructions in the guide How to Create Quote and Confirm Order in Salesforce Partner Community)
Step 2. Provide the needed information to the Wildix Customer Care
Once you request the service in Salesforce Partner Community, a ticket to Wildix Customer care is opened automatically. You will receive an email requesting the following information regarding your customer:
Amount of users that require Mode 2 (MS Phone System) of the Integration (please note that these users must have 365 E3 plan + Teams Phone license or 365 E5 plan on the Microsoft side)
Email of a customer's admin (email(s) of one user or more users who have admin rights in the customer's Microsoft domain). Multiple emails can be sent and set up
