KPI Monitoring and Alerts Setup

Introduction
The Monitor feature allows you to receive notifications when your KPI data is anomalous, when your KPI satisfies a certain threshold condition, or to schedule notifications for your KPIs on an hourly, daily, weekly or monthly basis. You can also set up alerts for attribute KPIs, to trigger on a schedule or when the attribute value reaches a certain threshold.
Requirements
ACL rule set in WMS:
can See analytics: lets to choose which groups data will be available in Analytics reports
Legacy Collaboration:
WMS 6.03.20230630.3 or higher on a standalone PBX or a whole WMS Network
Subscription: UC-Premium
ACL rule set in WMS: "can use Analytics", which adds display of the Analytics button in Collaboration
x-bees:
WMS version 6.01.20220621.2 or higher on a standalone PBX or a whole WMS Network
Subscription plan: x-bees-SuperBee
Collaboration 7:
WMS version 7 or higher on a standalone PBX or a whole WMS Network
Subscription plan: UC-Premium
Scheduled Alert
With Scheduled Alert, you can receive notifications at set times: hourly, daily, weekly or monthly.
To create a scheduled alert, follow these steps:
Go to Analytics → CDRView 2.1, and select the KPI you want to monitor.
Hover over the KPI and select the Monitor icon.
Select Regular KPI updates in the pop-up window and click Next.
Fill in the alert details:
Alert name - enter the name of your alert (optional)
Send every - choose whether to receive an alert notification hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly
Add a custom message for the recipient to be sent with the alert.
Your name automatically appears under Recipients. Add one or more teammates as recipients of your KPI alert by entering their names.
Select Create alert.
Threshold alert
Threshold Alert allows you to receive alerts when a monitored KPI reaches a set value or changing by a specified percentage. For example, an alert can be created to trigger when your Sales KPI exceeds 500,000, or when the Monthly Sales KPI increases by 5%.
To create a threshold alert, follow these steps:
Go to Analytics → CDRView 2.1, and select the KPI you want to monitor.
Hover over the KPI and select the Monitor icon.
Select KPI crosses a set limit in the pop-up window and click Next.
Fill in the alert details:
Alert name - enter the name of your alert (optional)
Alert condition - choose the mathematical operator for your KPI alert, such as: Greater than, Greater than or equal to, Less than, Less than or equal to, Equal to, Not equal to
Threshold value - enter your threshold value
The default time interval for checking the threshold condition is displayed below the Condition field.
Check for threshold condition - to change the time interval for checking the threshold condition, click Change.
Add a custom message for the recipient to be sent with the alert.
Your name automatically appears under Recipients. Add one or more teammates as recipients of your KPI alert by entering their names.
Select Create alert.
Alert by attributes
Attribute Alert allows you to receive notifications when KPI changes for selected attribute values (e.g., brand, product category, region) based on a defined threshold or on a schedule. For example, you will receive an alert when sales for chosen brands drop by 5%.
To create an alert by attributes, follow these steps:
Go to Analytics → CDRView 2.1, and select the KPI you want to monitor.
Hover over the KPI and select the Monitor icon.
Select Values of an attribute crosses a set limit in the pop-up window and click Next.
Fill in the alert details:
Alert name - enter the name of your alert (optional)
Select an attribute - choose values by searching or by selecting the checkbox next to their names
Alert condition - choose the mathematical operator for your KPI alert, such as: Greater than, Greater than or equal to, Less than, Less than or equal to, Equal to, Not equal to
Threshold value - enter your threshold value
Add a custom message for the recipient to be sent with the alert.
Your name automatically appears under Recipients. Add one or more teammates as recipients of your KPI alert by entering their names.
Select Create alert.
