How to Activate Salesforce Partner Community Integration on a Demo PBX

Introduction

The documentation describes the scenario when you wish to activate Salesforce Partner Community integration on a Demo PBX. As long the integration requires x-bees subscription plan and Demo PBX uses UC licenses by default, an additional step is required to be able to activate and use the integration.

Change subscription plan of the Demo PBX

The easiest way is to convert your Demo PBX to x-bees subscription plan. For this, do the following:

1. Open the Customer Care ticket requesting to change licenses on your Demo PBX from UC to x-bees.

2. Once your PBX is converted to x-bees subscription plan, you can activate Salesforce Partner Community integration in WMS, following the instructions in this guide.
