To perform the reset procedure:

  1. Change the computer IP to 192.168.1.xx

  2. Directly connect the WAN port of the phone to the network port of the computer

  1. Power off the phone

  2. Press and hold the # key and power on the phone

  1. Wait for the phone to enter recovery mode

  2. Access the webpage via 192.168.1.179

  3. Upgrade the firmware

  4. After the upgrade is successful, the phone will automatically restart
