[XBS-5741] - rna: added a possibility to add an alternative Tab view for integrations, displayed in the navigation sidebar, to improve navigation and in-app usability

How-to:

  1. Go to WMS → PBX → Integrations → Cloud Integrations

  2. Add a new integration or edit an existing one

  3. In Integration Type, select Tab view

  4. In the Select tab icon field, choose the desired tab icon
    Note: Currently only icon names are displayed

  5. Click Install to save the integration, or click Save to apply changes when editing an existing integration

Limitations:

  • The Tab view layout for main cloud integrations is currently not adaptive

  • The limit for Tab view integrations is up to 5

  • Tab view is currently supported on web only

[WMS-24947] - wda: added Transcription filter in Cloud Analytics (CDR-View 2.0) and the transcribed icon for the calls that were transcribed

[XBS-6071] - rna: added support for setting speed dial numbers directly in Phonebook

  • Speed dial can be configured in Contacts → Phonebook or in Phonebook section of Info frame when creating a new contact or editing an existing one.

  • When it is set, the contact can be called using the speed dial feature code (default 80, configurable in WMS → Dialplan → Feature codes), for example: 80*3241, where 80 is the speed dial feature code and 3241 is the contact’s number.

[XBS-6079] - rna: added Offline mode on mobile, which allows to mute incoming calls or messages

[XBS-6089] - rna: added the ability to change colleagues’ presence statuses for users with the appropriate permissions on web and mobile
How to:

  • Inbox tab: right-click or hover over the conversation with a colleague, click the More icon, and select Set presence status

  • Favorites / Contacts tab: hover over a contact, click the Presence status icon, and set the presence status
    Note: To be able to change colleagues' presence statuses, user should have the ACL permission Can Modify presence (can be set in WMS → PBX → Users → Groups)

[XBS-6251] - rna: removed the pre-selected phonebook during contact creation to avoid cases when user could create contact in a wrong phonebook

[IT-7049] - ca: added new options in Time Bucket filter in Cloud Analytics (CDR-View 2.0): Day of week and Hour of day, which allow to build charts (e.g., column charts) and analyze completed and missed calls by hour and weekday

How to:


  1. Create conversation or edit a conversation settings via the Info Frame → click the More icon -> select Edit a conversation

  2. Enable 'Guest view only mode' and click Save

Note: If you wish guests to have read-only access to the channel and not be able to write messages in the conversation, also activate the Read only conversation toggle

[XBS-5987] - rna: added custom predefined presence statuses in Collaboration 7, allowing users to create and save their own availability statuses for future use on web and mobile

How to:


  1. Click on your user picture in the upper left-hand part of the screen to open Settings

  2. Under Availability, click on your current user status (e.g. Available)

  3. Click New status button

  4. Choose one of the predefined statuses: Green: available, Yellow: away, or Red: busy. You can also select an emoji to personalize your status. Enter the status message into the field, set date and time to clear the status after (optional)

  5. Check Save the status for the future use option.

  6. Click Save and set

Note:

  • The feature is available starting from WMS 7.05.20251120.1

  • If needed, you can edit your saved custom statuses.

  • If you select the options custom date and time or today for, the custom status cannot be saved for future use.

Improvements

[WMS-24124] - int: added the logic to monitor performance of Webhook integrations and automatically disable integrations that are broken

  • If a Webhook integration begins to operate incorrectly, the admin is notified by email. If the degradation is consistent and continues over time, the integration is automatically disabled, and the admin receives another notification.

  • If user has no Collaboration 7 tab open, the “Last seen <time> ago” text is displayed

[WMS-24311] - wizy: added integration with Outlook Classic on Windows, allowing users to create public Collaboration 7 channels and meetings with join links right in Outlook

Note:

  • In case an external user is present in the conversation and the 'Auto record & transcribe conference' option is disabled, the system checks the conference settings -> Advanced -> External meetings auto recording/ transcription. If enabled, the conference recording / transcription starts.

  • In case both the 'Auto record & transcribe conference' and ‘External meetings auto recording/ transcription’ options are enabled, the transcription language chosen in the conversation settings has higher priority.

[WMS-24084] - wam: made UI/ UX improvements in Cloud Analytics (CDR-View 2.0) so that filters irrelevant to the current tab are now hidden

Fixes

[XBS-5607] - rna: added a new permission "Allow app to make and manage phone calls?" on mobile, which allows to avoid an issue when an incoming call via the app interrupted an active GSM call

  • If the permission is granted and the app is open, incoming app calls are automatically terminated during an active GSM call. If the app is in the background, incoming calls are ignored (no ringing or notification shown).

Current limitations:

  • The SIP call is not terminated immediately and may ring for about 2-5 seconds before it is rejected (depending on the device that is used)

  • The SIP call is not terminated if the application is closed or if the app is minimized and the screen is locked.

[XBS-5761] - xbs: fixed an issue after deleting a user and creating a new one with the same extension, in which chat of the deleted user could be displayed during a call with a new user

Current limitations:


  • Old user may be displayed in search when searching by extension number.


  • New user cannot be added to a group conversation while the old one remains there.

[XBS-5824] - rna: fixed an issue in which after Kite or SMS conversation was reopened, assigning it to an agent didn’t remove other agents from the conversation

[XBS-5830] - rna: fixed an issue on iOS when calling a contact with multiple numbers via Siri did not allow number selection

[XBS-5839] - web+mobile: fixed an issue when after joining a read-only conversation, it didn’t appear in the conversations list

[WMS-23239] - ca: added possibility to hide some digits in external phone numbers in Cloud Analytics (CDR-View 2.0) via the ACL rule “see full number in CDR-View”

  • By default, full numbers are displayed. In case the ACL permission “see full number in CDR-View” is not allowed, the last three digits in external numbers for outbound and inbound calls are hidden for the user.  

[WMS-23249] - ca: added Time Bucket filter in CDR-View 2.0 to adjust how data is grouped in charts and which can also be saved as a view

[WMS-23396] - rna: improved the logic so that users, dynamically added to a call group, also receive messages to a Kite conversation after joining the call group

[WMS-23698] - ca: improved Cloud Analytics (CDR-View 2.0) performance to avoid an issue when data on Advanced Grid tab was loading slowly in some cases

[XBS-5661] - rna: fixed an issue, where users with the UC-Essential license could not add external phone numbers when using the “Add participants to the call” feature

[XBS-5506] - rna: added Create contact button on the History tab for all external calls

Also, updated the logic so that when clicking on a phone number on a History tab, a conversation opens and you can create contact via the Info frame. 

[XBS-5608] - rna: added possibility to search items on the History tab on web by name or phone number
 

[XBS-5609] - rna: added possibility to filter History by date (e.g. today, yesterday, this month, as well as indicate custom date range) on web

[XBS-5611] - rna: updated call history to use the Cloud Analytics API on mobile, which ensures consistency with the call data in Analytics

Note: With this update, the following WMS versions are required for attachments to be available:

  • Call recordings and voicemails attachments are available starting from WMS v.7.01.20250605

  • Outgoing fax attachments are available starting from WMS v.7.03.20250709

  • Missed calls ended by the caller during pre-answer IVR are displayed in History only with WMS 7.03.20250711.2

  • Incoming fax and voicemails via Dialplan attachments will be available in further releases. 

[XBS-5645] - rna: added possibility to add Chat Bot and configure working and out of working hours for SMS conversations

  • With this update, the configuration for SMS chats has been moved to PBX -> Integrations -> Cloud Integrations -> SMS.

  • Also, improved routing settings and added the Actions feature to SMS and website widget configuration. Actions feature allows sending automatic messages or adding participants to the conversation when certain conditions are met.

[WMS-23670] - sys: fixed an issue in which incoming fax and voicemail, set via Dialplan application “Go to voicemail”, were not displayed in History

  • In case of multiple users set in the “Go to voicemail” Dialplan application, Voicemail is displayed only to the first user indicated.

[WMS-23738] - wizy: fixed an occasional issue in which conference recordings didn’t start automatically

[WMS-23783] - rna: fixed an issue where incoming fax wasn’t added to the conversation in Collaboration 7 after WMS upgrade to v.7.03.20250711.2

Note:

  • When filtering by multiple tags, the "OR" operator is used. This means that the filtering returns calls that contain at least one of the selected tags, not necessarily all tags in a single call.

  • Filtering is supported only for WMS tags (WMS -> PBX -> Call and Chat History -> Settings -> Tags)

[XBS-5256] - rna: made improvements to chat agents feature and added support of Generative AI type

Generative AI integration type allows to create chat agent without any coding expertise, just by creating a clear and precise prompt with instructions.

Other improvements include:

  • Added the possibility to set Access Settings for Dialogflow and OpenAI chat agents and to use service handover.

  • Added the new tool Suggestions. With it, a chat agent tries to guess what questions user may want to ask and suggests the options in the chat.

  • Updated the logic so that chat agents are sorted by name rather than by creation date.

  • Made some performance improvements.

  • Improved Kite widget by adding possibility to search by user names, without the need to enter user email.

[WMS-19638] - rna: updated the logic so that Call group manager is automatically added to a conversation with external members and a Service tag if a message (including SMS) from an external user was not answered for 60 minutes or more

Additionally, the manager receives an email informing about the conversation.
