1. Fast change order (add or delete licences without a DealHub quote)
In the case customer has an active subscribtion, the number of the existing licences can be incereased or decreased, or the licences of another type can be added via Fast Change Order
Note: Adding additional HWaaS (Hardware as a service) devices is possible through the “Change order” option on Salesforce Partner Community Home page only. See details in the documentation: Change Order and Fast Change Order Process in SFPC
Attention: In case you delete licenses, the licences are deleted instantly, when the order is confirmed. It is not possible to set a date in the future.
Go to the Account page
Choose the active customer
Click Fast Change Order
Fill out the neccessary fields and click Next
Make sure to confirm the order – click “Confirm order”(big yellow button) and fill out the necessary information

Important: If you created seveal quotes for the same customer, an order can be done based on the primary quote only. Make sure to save the necessary quote as primary as shown below:
If you would like to add HWaaS, you need to choose Additional items under General Questions section.
3. Create and confirm Order
By a Capex order the devices will be delivered by Wildix. If you wish to sell a Capex device from your own stock, please uncheck the respective device during the order confirmation as shown below:
Note:
The delivery date of the Capex devices can not be changed. They are always being delivered asap.
The start date for the CLASSOUND can not be changed, since it is always identic to the chosen licences start date.
Please, make sure, the billing address and delivery address are filled in on the account level before placing an order.
4. Create new Project
Note: We suggest using of the “New fast pipeline” function for creating new projects, since it is more time efficient, than creating Account, Contact and Project separately. The “New fast pipeline” also asures that all of the obligatory fields are filled in.

Note: Please make sure to fill in the telephone number, email address and billing email address for the account.

5. CLASSOUND orders
Note:
In combination with the Essential, Business and Premium licence the CLASSOUND flatrates are being booked. For the Basic licences the service is invoiced per minute.
Full Porting: for a porting request a filled in and signed porting form and the last telephone invoice from the loosing provider have to be attached to the order during the order confirmation. For the customers in ME-region also a trading licence is required (it can be attached to the CLASSOUND ticket, which will be automatically opened after the order confirmation. 6. Change an existing Quote
Note: The already published quotes cannot be changed. Please create a duplicate, save it as a primary quote and publish it.
