Note:
In WMS 7, location-based multi-factor authentication for Collaboration is enabled by default. For more information, refer to the documentation Security Policy at Wildix.
For new PBXes, created after 01.06.2025, access to Collaboration is disabled by default. When user tries to log in to Collaboration, users are suggested to use Collaboration 7 instead.
Note: CDR-View is no longer available in WMS 7.
Its functionality is substituted by Cloud Analytics (CDR-View 2.0) in Collaboration and CDR-View 2.0 Liveboard in x-bees.

[WMS-24956] - rna: added a new Services tab in the Live Dashboard section of x-bees and x-hoppers, which provides real-time monitoring and management of call group calls (similar to Live view in x-caracal)
How-to:
Go to Live section
Select the new Services tab
When first accessing the tab, you need to select one or more services (call groups) you want to monitor.
The Services tab allows you to:
View all live incoming and outgoing calls for the selected services.
See a list of agents in each service, along with their current status (available, ringing, paused, etc.).
Interact with agents directly from the dashboard: start a chat, make a call, or change their presence.
Add or remove dynamic agents from services (static agents cannot be removed).
Use other tools, such as blind transfer and call pickup for ringing calls.

For the tab to be displayed, users should have the necessary license:

Pre-backup script

Post-restore script
This script is executed after the system is restored from a backup. Use it to restore custom data and reapply integrations:

Starting with the v. 770b400 firmware, W-AIR Sync Plus Base stations are not allowed to be downgraded to pre-v. 770b firmware, to comply with EU RED (Art. 3(3)(d),(e),(f)) and ETSI EN 18031 standards. Adding new W-AIR Sync Plus Bases to hybrid W-AIR networks is not supported.
Starting from firmware v. 770b400, on HW/VM PBXs, local automatic provisioning is no longer available.
After triggering any alarm on a W-AIR handset, the device should be restarted (long-press Reject key → power off/on). It is recommended to reboot the handset after any alarm configuration or activation.

[WMS-24161] - x-hop: updated the logic of notifying a user when an x-hoppers headset is unmuted and added possibility to configure headset playback and microphone volume
Configuration change:
XHOP_UNMUTE_ANNOUNCE_TIMEOUT variable should now be configured in env.custom.ini file, instead of the override.conf file
The default value for XHOP_UNMUTE_ANNOUNCE_TIMEOUT has been updated from 0 to 30 seconds. A user is automatically notified that a headset is unmuted after 30 seconds
To modify the timeout value:
Add the variable with the desired value to env.custom.ini file:
XHOP_UNMUTE_ANNOUNCE_TIMEOUT=XRun the following command to reload PBX Engine and apply the changes:

Also, added the following dialplan variables for adjusting headset audio levels:
BROADCAST_LISTENING_VOLUME: controls the audio playback (listening) volume
BROADCAST_TALKING_VOLUME: controls the microphone (speaking) volume
The minimum value is -10, maximum value is 10. The default value is 0. These variables can be used directly in the Dialplan or set globally via WMS -> Dialplan -> General settings -> Set dialplan variables.
