[IT-5207] - sfpc: improved the process of providing shipping information when submitting HWaaS management cases (replacement, cancellation, upgrade) in Salesforce Partner Community
There are now two fields in the Shipping information section: Contact recipient and Receiver. For Contact recipient, you need to choose the relevant contact and for the Receiver field, choose the necessary address from the Addresses section of the relevant account. The Receiver field uses the Address Name as the receiver name, which can cover cases when the actual receiver should be a company, not an individual person.

Now, the Shipping Address is required only for orders that include devices.
In the address section you need to select the contact the order should be shipped to. When contact is selected, the shipping address is automatically populated from the contact’s details.
If the contact does not have a saved address, you can add it during Order Confirmation. This address will be stored under the selected contact for future use.

Improvement
[IT-3661] - sfpc: simplified the Bonus Pipeline logic, so that it is no longer necessary to move an Opportunity to the “Demo” stage and fill out the Demo Answers Section to participate in the Bonus Pipeline incentive.
The only requirement now is that the responsible Area Manager sets the field “Approved by AM” to “Yes” in 30 days after the Opportunity was created.
