Configuration

Before the configuration, PBX must be upgraded to the version 4.01.43950 or higher.


  • Create a new Dialplan procedure "classound":

Usage

Outgoing calls

To use ClasSound for outgoing calls, modify the Dialplan procedure used for managing outgoing calls (e.g. “users”). For example, add the Dialplan application "Dial the trunk" -> and select "classound" from the list of trunks: 

Note: ClasSound is a built-in trunk, it doesn't appear in WMS -> Trunks.

The configuration example for Italian numbers:

The configuration example for all other numbers (French numbers are as an example): 

Important: For outgoing calls to emergency numbers in all countries, use local supported trunks as such calls cannot be routed via ClasSound.

The configuration example:

  • 1XX -> a called number pattern to cover the range of emergency numbers
  • Dial the trunk - local trunk - local -> outgoing calls are routed via local trunk

IMPORTANT: use E.164 (international) number format for outgoing calls.

Incoming calls

To use ClasSound for managing incoming calls, modify the previously created Dialplan procedure "classsound":
