• In case a user reads new messages in all x-bees conversations, the timer is reset and there is a 5-minute gap (instead of 4 hours) between receiving a new message and getting email notification and user can receive more than 3 emails a day.
• The following behavior remains unchanged: In some cases, if user was just added to a conversation and immediately received a new message, the email notification about the new message may be received before the email “You have been invited to x-bees”.

• To use this feature - the agent should be present in Salesforce/ HubSpot with the same email as in x-bees.
• The logged activity includes meeting details and description and is marked as open; due date is the meeting date.
• In case the meeting was rescheduled or cancelled, the changes are automatically synced to Salesforce/ HubSpot. If the meeting was rescheduled via Microsoft calendar, it is also synced to Salesforce/ HubSpot.
• Cancelled meetings are marked as closed.

[XBS-2335] - web+mobile: made some Info frame improvements, which include:

• Updated design of the Info frame, making the information more logically grouped
• Added user avatar to the Info frame
• Improved display of links in the conversation description, making the links clickable

• Added display of all phone numbers of a phonebook contact

Current limitation: If the user who created a group conversation changes his/her email, nobody will be able to edit the title or description of the conversation or add new members using name or extension.
