  1. User clicks Send us a message 
  2. x-bees interface opens and user starts typing a message
  3. Authentication popup opens, requesting user to log in using Google/ Microsoft 365 SSO or email.
  4. In case user chooses to log in via email, a code is sent to their email and they need to type it
  5. Now they can continue the conversation with the PBX user:

Salesperson user story: Prospect reaching out through the website

As a sales representative, I want to be able to reach out to a prospect who contacted me via the website, even after they close the chat window. I would like to be able to follow up with this person regarding their request.

I have my quarterly and yearly goals, but  This will help me achieve better results in terms of sales.
