1. Go to WMS Settings -> PBX -> Integrations 
2. Navigate to the x-bees tab
   • Your PBX should be on the x-bees licensing, otherwise, the tab is greyed out   
      

3. Wildix Integration Hub opens. Click Create an Integration (if there are no active integrations yet) 

4. Click HubSpot
   
   

   
   

5. Follow instructions to connect your HubSpot account (Admin) with x-bees.

6. Once done, a pop-up screen shows up confirming that connection is linked. Click OK and Next.
   HubSpot integration gets activated:

   Usage 
   
   Using HubSpot integration with x-bees, you can:

   • see HubSpot contact details
   • create tasks (currently, only Call tasks available)
   • log activity (Call/ Email/ Meeting)
   • see upcoming and overdue tasks
   • monitor activity history

     Note
     Notes: HubSpot and x-bees sync may take up to 5 minutes. x-bees can be create only with users that have an email address.
