Note:

  • When Salesforce Telephony is installed, the relevant salesforce_telephony app is added to OAuth 2.0 applications in WMS -> Integrations -> Applications. Please do not delete it, otherwise the integration will not work.
  • In case of updating user name, extension, password, SIP password or email in WMS, user may need to relogin to Salesforce integration.

  1. Locate the number that you want to dial in a Сontacts, Accounts or Leads.
  2. Click the  button or the number. The number is automatically dialed in the softphone (x-bees / Collaboration application).
    • A number that has already been clicked cannot be clicked again for five seconds.
    • The  button does not appear next to fax numbers.
    • icon displays if you have trouble with connection to x-bees / Collaboration

Note:

  • Generating DTMF during a call is supported starting from Salesforce Integration v. 1.33.0. 
  • In case of multiple Salesforce matches, a call is saved to the Lead/ Contact, from whose page in Salesforce the call was made.

Answer a Call

Note

It is not necessary to keep x-bees / Collaboration open if you have a connected WP phone. You can select a device to place calls if there are several connected devices.
