From x-bees, it is possible to create new Salesforce Partner Community leads, manually log activities to Salesforce Partner Community. The user who performs an action on a Salesforce Partner Community record from x-bees is assigned as the author of this activity in Salesforce Partner Community. Also, it is possible to manage Salesforce Partner Community Opportunities right via x-bees.

  • When you click on Tasks or Activity tab, the relevant details get displayed below:

  • First 10 tasks/ activities are displayed. To view more tasks/ activities, click Show more.
  • The tasks/ activities list includes tasks/ activities which the current Lead/ Account / Contact was linked to.
  • Activities closer to the current date are displayed first on the Activity list.

  • Add a new note or task and edit existing ones:
    • To edit existing notes or tasks, click on the Pencil icon next to the relevant item
    • To mark a task as completed directly via x-bees, tick off the checkbox in front of the necessary task
       

  • View Contacts connected to Opportunity in the Contacts section

    • To view more details about the Contact, click on the dedicated icon next to the Contact roles to directly open them

  • Create Business plan Opportunity

When searching for a prospect by email, the system checks if an Account or Contact with that email exists. Additionally, it verifies whether there is a related Opportunity in Salesforce Partner Community. If no related Opportunity is found, you have an option to create one directly in x-bees.

For this, navigate to the Opportunity tab and click Create Opportunity:

Provide information such as Opportunity name, close date, interested solution, key additional features, total users, opportunity type, product of interest, opportunity currency and click Create.

A new Opportunity linked to the existing Account/ Contact gets created in Salesforce Partner Community.

If there's already a matched Opportunity, but you need to create a new one, click Wrong match under the Opportunity tab.
