Once you've successfully set up MFA, during further logins the process is the following:
Enter your UsernameandPassword on the Salesforce Partner Community login page
Verification Promptprompt: after entering your credentials, you will be prompted to verify your identity through the Salesforce Authenticator app. A notification will appear on your mobile device.

Approve login request: approve the request on your device by clicking Approve:

If you choose to use an alternative authenticator app, such as Google Authenticator or Authy, the setup process is similar:
Download and install your chosen app.
Open the app and scan the QR code displayed during the MFA setup process
Once scanned, the app generates a verification code
Enter the code on the Salesforce Partner Community page to complete the MFA setup.
The rest of the login process is the same, and you will receive a notification in the app to approve your login attempts.
