  • The correct codes for Emergency calls have to be used (see the section "Available codes for Emergency calls" of this guide)
  • Open a customer care ticket via Salesforce Partner Community: select the Case Reason "CLASSOUND" -> Category: "General question"; then, when filling subject, enter "E112 compliance" (check Submit a Case via Salesforce Partner Community for detailed description)
