WMS version is considered End of Development (end of sales) when the next major version becomes globally available. While the WMS version is at the End of Development stage and until it is End of Life:
- Critical Only critical bug fixes and security improvements are delivered.
- No new features are delivered.
- Wildix continues to provide technical support.
- Newly created systems on WMP are delivered with the next major WMS version
- For subscription-based PBXs, an upgrade to the next major version is arranged automatically:

- For LifeTime PBXs, there is a Promo to convert LifeTime to aaSsubscription, with the possibility to roll back to a version that is still supported. No automatic upgrade is possible.
