Introduction
This document describes all major stages of a WMS version lifecycle (e.g. End of Development, End of Life, End of Support) and their differences. In short, the a major WMS version passes the following stages:
- Global Availability
- End of Development (end of sales)
- End of Life
- End of Support
When globally available, the a WMS version is being further developed, with new features released, bug fixes, as well as performance and security improvements. The other two stages (End of Development and End of Life) are described in detail below.
