- Hover the mouse cursor over three dots in the upper right-hand side of the user's preview
- Click Request remote control:

To accept the request and give control, click Ok. The If you are not sharing your screen yet, you are suggested to start screen sharing now. Once you've enabled screen sharing, user can now manage the mouse cursor of the screen you’ve shared.
